Warm seasoned quinoa, seasonal greens. citrus dressing, pickled radish and shallots finished with crumbled goat cheese. Top with either salmon or chicken.

Our own kale Caesar salad with shaved parmesan, bacon and croutons ~Add grilled chicken breast or salmon fillet for $6.

St. Martha's famous frites. Your potato is cut to order, twice fried and served with our house-made garlic aioli. Often described as the best they've ever had.
Cassolettes St-Jacques - GF
Scallops & shrimp poached and served in a rich cream sauce with caramelized onion & mushrooms au gratin.
Family Size Duck Confit Poutine - GF
Our poutine is a family sized order of frites topped with St. Albert cheese curds, sous-vide duck confit and topped with a red wine, peppercorn and shallot demi-glace.
Gluten free crust is available upon request.

Known as Flammekueche in Alsace, with crispy bacon lardons, slivered onions, sun dried tomatoes, alfredo sauce, topped with mozzarella cheese.

Our Cornish hen stuffed with pear and goat cheese served with seasonal vegetables and potatoes sarladaise galette with a white wine and pear sauce.
Côtelette de porc - GF
Our famous local 10 oz bone-in pork chop from Lavergnes. Sous-vide cooked & grill finished. Served with a peppered berry sauce, sarladaise potatoes galette and seasonal vegetables.
Lamb shank braised in red wine and herbs. Served with duchess potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
Bavette et frites - GF
The St. Martha's 8 oz bavette steak with a red wine demi is served with our frites.
Burger de boeuf GF available
Beef burger served on a brioche bun with bacon, lettuce, tomato, and cheese. Comes with your choice of our frites or house salad.
Poisson et frites GF
A hearty portion of haddock, gluten free beer battered in house and served with our house-made tartar sauce, red cabbage slaw and our famous frites.
Sous-vide herb marinated salmon with tarragon hollandaise. Served with a risotto and seasonal sides.
